Cinema Touching Disability Film Festival
The Cinema Touching Disability Film Festival will be held Oct. 17-18 at the Alamo South Lamar. On Oct. 17, the festival will screen director Susan Seidelman’s Musical Chairs, about wheelchair ballroom dancers. On Oct. 18, the festival will screen director Matthew Perkins’ The Little Tin Man, starring Aaron Beelner as an actor who fights back against the discrimination he faces as a little person by auditioning for the role of the Tin Man in a remake of The Wizard of Oz by, of all directors, Martin Scorsese. Aaron Beelner joins Cinema Touching Disability Film Festival founder/coordinator William Greer during this interview.
