Valentine’s Day isn’t Valentine’s Day without a romantic movie to watch with your loved one. Or the one you hope to fall in love with. On Feb. 14, the Alamo Drafthouse presents Valentine’s Day feasts for two of the most romantic films ever made: Casablanca and Moonstruck. Trish Eichelberger, the Alamo Drafthouse’s Austin Market Concept Chef, created the menus for the feast. Having worked her way up from the Alamo South Lamar’s assistant kitchen manager to serve as head chef at the Alamo Village, Alamo Ritz, and The Highball, Eichelberger’s responsibilities now include working on the special food and film event programs at the Alamo Dratfhouses in the Austin market. The Casablanca Valentine’s Day feast will be held 6 p.m. at the Alamo Ritz and 7:15 p.m. at the Alamo Slaughter Lane on Feb. 14. The Moonstruck Valentine’s Day feast will be held 7 p.m. at the Alamo Lakeline.
