Interview:
Lex Lybrand, director,
"Meet Me There"
![]() You can go home again but if you’re from the small Oklahoma town of Sheol, you should. In director Lex Lybrand’s Austin-shot horror film Meet Me There, the psychologically damaged Ada returns to Sheol in bid to fill in the missing gaps in her childhood memory. She is accompanied by her caring boyfriend Calvin, who is immediately viewed with suspicion by the closed-minded residents of Sheol. Things only get worse for Ada and Calvin. Written by Brandon Stroud, Meet Me There stars newcomer Lisa Friedrich as Ada and Micheal Foulk as Calvin. Foulk appeared in Lybrand’s previous film, the softball comedy Summer League. Presented by the Austin Horror Society, Meet Me There will screen 7 p.m. May 20 at the Alamo Lakeline.
