Interview:
Brittany Flurry,
co-creator/director,
"The Naked Feminist"
Would you bare more than just more your soul to change the world? That’s the dilemma facing three Austin women in the web comedy series The Naked Feminist. They unwittingly become an Internet sensation when one of the friends uploads a video of them drunkenly stripping naked to shame a man who harassed them at a bar. Based on the divisive reaction to the viral video, the roommates decide to make a web series called The Naked Fems that features them debating issues close to their heart while wearing nothing but their birthday suit. Molly McKee (left) stars as Summer, Brittany Flurry (center) stars as Jack, and Jessica Brooks (right) stars as Abby. Brittany Flurry, who previously directed the feature-length comedy Behind the Nose, directed the web series with Trey Palmer. The six-episode first season of The Naked Feminist is now available for viewing on YouTube. Molly McKee and Jessica Brooks join Brittany Flurry during this interview.
