NSFW: What is the strangest and most annoying thing you would do to get out of a relationship? Bryon Brown and David James Ward's short comedy The Mangina Exit offers advice that only the bravest or the stupidest would act on. But Blake (Addison Billingsley), eager to break up with his girlfriend Cynthia (Lauren Knutti) without being the bad guy, accepts his brother Sebastian's (Brown) suggestion despite the potential humiliation involved. Bryon Brown has appeared in the films Mustang Island, Cinema Six, Austin High and Slacker 2011; David James Ward produced the comedy Balls Out and the Rooster Teeth series Crunch Time. The Mangina Exit will screen during the SXSW Film Festival at 11:55 p.m. March 9 at the Alamo South Lamar, 8:15 p.m. March 12 at the Alamo South Lamar and 9:15 p.m. March 15 at the Alamo Ritz as part of the Midnight Shorts Competition program.
