Austin Repertory and Specialty Film Programmer Jake Isgar previews the September 2018 programming at the Alamo Drafthouse. Highlights include Sorry for Laughing: Four Films by Albert Brooks and Mad As Hell: Four Screenplays by Paddy Chayevsky series. The Alamo Drafthouse also will host special screenings of Nicolas Cage's Mandy, Chance the Rapper's Slice, Prototype 3D, Rookie of the Year with actor Thomas Ian Nicholas in attendance, and Problem Child 2 featuring a Skype Q&A with screenwriters Scott Alexander and Larry Kraszewski. The Alamo South Lamar also will host this year's Fantastic Fest.
