A South African rural thriller in the vein of The Magnificent Seven, Five Fingers for Marseilles pits a small group of reluctant heroes against the crime lord who attempts to assume control of their small town. Shot in the Sesotho language, Five Fingers for Marseilles provides a portrait of the neglect and corruption that has shattered many poor South Africans' post-apartheid hopes and dreams.
