The Austin Revolution Film Festival will run Sept. 18-22 at the Alamo Drafthouse Mueller and Crowne Plaza Austin Hotel. Devoted to independent cinema, the festival features narrative and documentary features as well as the Austin-made documentary One Act Play and the short films Clementine, Dog Years, and Foxy Trot. Austin Revolution Film Festival organizer James Christopher will also screen his new film, A Chance of Snow, at 7 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Alamo Drafthouse Mueller as part of the Austin Revolution Film Festival’s A Night at the Drafthouse. A Chance of Snow follows the drama that ensues when friends and family gather for Christmas in the small Texas town of Winter Hope.
