Season 2 of the Austin-set comedy web series #ATown finds best pals Melanie and Layla still fighting to resolve their personal, romantic, and professional dilemmas. Portland transplant Melanie (Mallory Casey) struggles to make Austin feel like home. Aspiring stand-up comic Layla (Elena Weinberg) is blacklisted on Austin’s comedy club circuit as a result on bailing on a CapCity showcase in Season 1. Melanie and Layla also must contend with the sexual misadventures of their friend and new roomie Whitney (Ivy Meehan). The 10-episode Season 2 of #ATown is now available for online viewing. Elena Weinberg joins Mallory Casey during this interview.
