The Austin Gay & Lesbian International Film Festival opens Sept. 10 with the buddy comedy Fourth Man Out and closes Sept. 13 with the documentary The State of Marriage. Other highlights include the Centerpiece Film the French psychological drama The New Girlfriend, the family feature The Year We Thought About Love, the Kristen Wiig black comedy Nasty Baby, the Susan Sarandon executive produced documentary Deep Run, and two documentaries with Austin ties, Formerly Known As and We Do. There also will be a 10th anniversary screening of Brokeback Mountain, followed by a Skype Q&A with screenwriters Diana Ossana & Larry McMurty, a 15th anniversary screening of Sordid Lives, with creator Del Shores in attendance, well as a secret screening of a new film that will enjoy its Austin premiere.
