"There's Someone Inside Your House"
No good can come of harboring a deadly secret in the Netflix slasher There’s Someone Inside Your House. Directed by Patrick Brice, and adapted by Henry Gayden from the 2017 novel by Stephanie Perkins, There’s Someone Inside Your House finds a serial killer targeting teens with dark pasts. The killer’s signature: wearing a 3D mask of their intended victim’s face. Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists and The Walking Dead’s Sydney Park stars as Makani Young, a high school student out to identify and stop the serial killer before she and her friends end up dead. The cast also includes Asjha Cooper, Diego Josef, Jesse LaTourette, Théodore Pellerin, and Dale Whibley. There’s Someone Inside Your House, which premiered locally during this year’s Fantastic Fest, is now available to stream on Netflix. Patrick Brice previously directed Creep, Creep 2, The Overnight, and Corporate Animals. Henry Gayden, who attended the University of Texas, previously wrote Earth to Echo, Shazam!, and the upcoming sequel Shazam! Fury of the Gods. Aired: Oct. 28, 2021.
