Interview:
Greg Dorchak,
writer/director,
"Kopy Kings"
Trouble is brewing in the realm of the Kopy King. In writer/director Greg Dorchak’s Austin-shot workplace comedy Kopy Kings, copy center regional manager Maggie must contend with a useless new hire, a “Sam-and-Diane” relationship with store assistant manager Dan, and an impending administrative change that could negatively impact the company’s employee-friendly culture. Kira Pozehl stars as Maggie; David Moxham stars as Dan; and Darrell N. Mitchell as Brad, the new employee who assumes makin’ copies is as easy as showing up to work. Kopy Kings, which will be available on Amazon and Vimeo VOD beginning Feb. 14, marks the directorial debut of Austin-based writer/director Greg Dorchak. He also costars in Kopy Kings as an employee with an aversion to pants. Aired: Jan. 26, 2017 Web sites: http://www.kopykingsmovie.com/ and https://www.facebook.com/KopyKingsMovie/ |
