Texas Filmmaker's Showcase 2015
The Texas Filmmaker’s Showcase 2015 features six short films by directors from across the state. Austin is represented by three films: Jasmin Diaz’s Carne Seca, Nathan S. Duncan’s Leaves On Trees, and Olivia Klaus’s Life After Manson. The other films are Chris Spisak’s Make It Rain, James M. Johnston’s Melville, and Ya'Ke Smith’s One Hitta Quitta. Curated by the Houston Film Commission, the annual showcase will be held 2 p.m. Nov. 22 at the Marchesa Hall & Theatre.
