Interview:
Eduardo Sánchez,
director, "Exists"
Exists marks the first feature-length found-footage chiller from Eduardo Sánchez since he co-directed 1989’s game-changing The Blair Witch Project with Daniel Myrick. Shot just outside of Austin at Spiderwood Studios, Exists finds a group of college students stalked by Bigfoot in the woods of East Texas. In addition to The Blair Witch Project, Eduardo Sánchez directed Altered, Seventh Moon, and Lovely Molly. He also contributed the segment A Ride in the Park to 2013's found-footage horror anthology V/H/S/2. Exists opened Oct. 24 in Austin after premiering locally at this year’s SXSW Film Festival, where it won the Midnighters Audience Award.
