"Child Runaways"
![]() Directed by Adriane McCray, the narrative short Child Runaways finds three sisters left home alone when their parents leave town for the weekend. The program, which features seven short films made by Austin Film Society members, originally screened as part of this year’s SXSW Film Festival Community Screening series. Adriane McCray, who split her time between Austin and Dallas, previously wrote and directed the narrative short Committed.
