Interview:
Owen Egerton,
writer/director,
"Follow"
Written and directed by Owen Egerton, the Austin-shot Christmas chiller Follow finds an artist (Looper’s Noah Segan) struggling to remember how his longtime girlfriend (Krisha’s Olivia Grace Applegate) ended up shot dead in their house. Rather than call the police, Quinn keeps Thana’s corpse in the house as he tries to recall the events of the previous evening. Things get complicated when an infatuated co-worker (Edge of Seventeen’s Haley Lu Richardson) pays him a visit. Follow marks the directorial debut of Austin-based novelist and Master Pancaker Owen Egerton. Follow premiered during the 2015 Fantastic Fest and is now available for video on-demand viewing. Owen Egerton and his wife Jodi Egerton also will celebrate the release of their new book, "This Word Now," at 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at BookPeople.
