Old School Kung Fu Weekend

The Austin Film Society will hold this year's Old School Kung Fu Weekend at 7 p.m. July 24 and July 25 at the Marchesa Hall & Theatre. The six films to be screened during the two-day marathon will remain secret right up until they screen.  Austin Film Society programmer Lars Nilsen programmed the Old School Kung Fu Weekend with Dan Halsted, the organizer and founder of Portland’s Grindhouse Film Festival and programmer of Kung Fu Theater.
