Featuring 10 nonfiction films, the Austin Film Society’s Doc Days 2025 runs May 1-4 at the AFS Cinema. The non-fiction film festivals opens May 1 with Middletown, about high school student documentary filmmakers from Boys State directors Amanda McBaine and Jesse Moss. Doc Days 2025 also features An American Pastoral, Architecton, Been Here, Stay There, Mistress Dispeller, Folktales, Sabbath Queen, Seed, Where the Trees Bears Meat, and The White House Effect.
