November 2025 Programming
The Austin Film Society's November 2025 programming at the AFS Cinema is highlighted by the Nope to Nazis series. Special events include The Invisible Czars performing its live score to The Phantom of the Opera and the Austin Community College's Department of Philosophy, Religion, and Humanities forum discussion on Jim Jarmusch's western Dead Man. New narrative and documentary features include Train Dreams, The Mastermind, Mistress Dispeller, Peter Hujar's Day, Sunfish (& Other Stories on Green Lake), and Richard Linklater's Blue Moon and Nouvelle Vague. Repertory screenings include Four Nights of a Dreamer, Viridiana, the Queer Cinema: Lost & Found selection Bye Bye Love, the Paper Cuts selection Late Spring, the Lates selections Angel's Egg and Looking for an Angel. The AFS Cinema will also present the New French Cinema Week 2025.
